The product itself was fine. No issues there. But the order arrived with the boxes all crushed and a few sleeves loose inside. Kind of a mess. Nothing seemed damaged, thankfully, but for the price, I expected the packaging to feel a bit more solid.

I had to reach out to Srixon about a question with my order, and they did get back to me eventually. It just took a little longer than I was expecting, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on for a bit.

The person I dealt with was polite, and they actually got everything sorted in the end. I just wish the first response had been clearer and a little quicker. Overall, it was fine, but nothing amazing.

They’re not terrible, but for what they cost, I blame Srixon for making these seem more impressive than they actually are

I picked up the srixon Soft Feel balls they’ve been really good for my game. I was going to say they just feel nice off the tee, actually, they give me solid distance too. Around the green, I feel like I can control them better than some others I’ve used. Shipping was fine as well, no problems at all
